Our mission is to instill a great love of dance, while inspiring self-confidence, discipline and respect of the performing arts. We inspire every dancer to find the creativity inside herself/himself as we dance to express ourselves and to tell a story.

Dazzling Diamonds accept girls and boys ages 5 to 19. Our dancers range in different ages and most of them have different levels of dance experience. They are all passionate about dance and committed to excellence. Get to know our talented Diamonds as they shine on their journey and telling their story through the art of dance.

About the Founder
Yolanda Cole, the proud founder and Director of Dazzling Diamonds Dance Academy, established in August 2023.
Dance has always been a part of who I am, it’s in my heart, my spirit, and my story.
For me, dance is more than movement—it’s a language of the heart. Through Dazzling Diamonds Dance Academy, I will strive to create a positive, inspiring space where young dancers can grow in confidence, discipline, and self-expression.
I began my dance journey many years ago as a dancer and during that journey I was introduced to and placed under the direction of Diane Rogers and Michael Files, which helped spark my lifelong passion for performing and in addition too, where I learned the beauty and discipline of movement. Over the years, I’ve experienced so many styles of dance which include—African, hip hop, and praise dance—each one allowing me to express myself in a new way. During high school, I was an active member of the African American Club where I was in charge of putting together the very first Elmhurst High School talent show an experience that reinforced my commitment to the performing arts.
Dance has given me confidence, purpose, and joy, and now it’s my mission to pass that same feeling on to the next generation. Through Dazzling Diamonds Dance Academy, I hope to inspire young ladies and young men to follow their dreams, express themselves freely, and tell their stories through the art of dance.

Hi I'm Arkiana Tate I'm currently the majorette dance coach of the Dazzling Diamonds. I have been dancing since I was 9 years old dancing has always been my passion also being a cheerleader. I'm currently in college to get my bachelors science degree, my major is entrepreneur when I finish college I would like to have my own travel team!! In middle school I was the captain of my cheer team and I took my talents and my passion for dance to high school and joined dance team every since i graduated from Indiana Connection academy I have always wanted to coach and take my talents to young little girls. What I want to bring to the Dazzling Diamonds is New what I mean by that is new style new attitude new dances. I want the girls to feel passionate about being a Dazzling Diamond and I want them to have fun and gain new experiences.
